Kedarkantha Trek is a six-day winter trek from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This trek is an easy trek with a maximum altitude of 12500 feet. The best months to go for this trek are November to April when there is ample snow. This trek is easy to moderate and can be enjoyed by beginners and seasoned trekkers. Nestled in the remote and beautiful village of Sankri, this trek is a heaven for snow paradise. This trek is a 25km trek starting from village Sankri inside the Govind wildlife sanctuary and gives you the mesmerising views of pine trees, Juda ka Talab and finally reaching the summit at 12500 feet. The view from the top is mesmerising with snow-clad mountains of Bandar poncho, Kala Nag and Swargarohini. Kedarkantha is an excellent trekking destination for all ages to enjoy the snow, beautiful villages, and astonishing views of the Himalayas
