Eat many "healthy" ingredients: I've done it three months ago and I've put about 10 pounds in weight at about 30 pounds. Oatmeal made from my home, wheat rice, chicken, wheat flour, whole wheat bread, beef, eggs, fruits, vegetables and some meat and milk sandwiches. It is not yet optimized, but it works well and is better inside your previous process. Still cheaper, oats, brown rice and bread flour are cheap and many calories are added faster.
