Gaining weight - If you are below your ideal weight or simplistically wants to be "greater" then have to consume many more calories than those who habitually consume. Start by increasing your daily dose at about 500 kcal and see how your body reacts. If you are not gaining weight, increase over 200, if losing definition, download 200. As ingest as many calories a day can be difficult, see if it is no longer advantageous to use a gainer that provides a lot of calories in one hit.
